LADD is a small Korean cream-coffee counter on Glendora Ave in West Covina, in the Haven City Market plaza.

The drink most people come in for is the TYS, short for Treat Yo Self: cold coffee under a thick, sweet cream top with a pinch of sea salt. Matcha gets the same treatment in the Einspanner.

Behind the counter, the espresso is a medium-dark Colombia and Brazil blend and the cold brew is a single-origin Kyoto drip. The donuts are filled in small batches, and when they're gone, they're gone for the day.

There isn't much seating. Order at the counter, ask how to drink it if it's your first time, and take your time with the first sip.
